Due to the time and preparation required for Pampering Packages and Body Wraps, a deposit of hone-half of the total cost of the service being booked is required. This deposit can be made over the phone by credit card, or in person by card, gift certificate, cash or check. The deposit is not refundable if the booking is not cancelled at least twenty-four hours prior to the appointment time.
